Internet Explorer 10 hangs frequently

This is a known issue with Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 10. IE keeps hanging/freezing suddenly while you browse.

You can follow couple of steps mentioned below to resolve the issue.
  1.        Installing latest IE Cumulative fixes/updates
  2.          Reset browser settings
  3.          Run in compatibility mode (Press F12 while viewing the site and choose to run in compatibility mode ( IE 7/8/9) instead of downgrading the IE to old version.

4.       Turn-off/Disable Add-Ins which are not needed.
5.       Turning off hardware acceleration setting  in IE browser

Hardware acceleration uses your PC's GPU to speed up graphics-heavy tasks like video streaming or online gaming. Turning this off might help solve display problems.
         i.            Open Internet Explorer.
ii.            Click the Tools button, and then click Internet options.
iii.            On Advanced tab, select Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering.

iv.            Click OK, and then restart Internet Explorer for the changes to take effect
